AERO-SILENTPRO

Matériau d'amortissement

GLADEN AERO SILENT PRO was developed for applications requiring a combination of insulation and increased sound absorption. Compared to traditional multilayer materials, the AERO SILENT PRO has a reinforced foam layer that reduces airborne sound and reflections more effectively.

Its aluminum, butyl, and thick foam construction provides structural vibration damping and improved acoustic absorption.

An optimized, high-performance adhesive ensures a secure hold on challenging substrates and complex geometries.

AERO SILENT PRO is the ideal solution for vehicle areas with high acoustic requirements, where multiple effects, formability, and permanent adhesion are crucial.

GLADEN AERO SILENT PRO is ideal for vehicle areas where both structural vibrations and airborne noise need to be reduced. Examples include:

• Doors with limited installation space
• Side and interior trim
• Trunk trim
• Body surfaces with increased noise reflection
• Transition areas between sheet metal and trim

Depending on the requirements, AERO SILENT PRO can be used alone or in combination with other products from the GLADEN AERO-DAMPING system. It is part of the modular GLADEN AERO-DAMPING concept. Within the system, it is a high-performance, multi-layer solution with increased absorption that complements products such as AERO MULTI wherever higher acoustic requirements exist. This allows the insulation to be precisely adapted to the vehicle, installation location, and desired result.

• Multi-layer construction: aluminum/butyl/thick foam
• Improved sound absorption thanks to a reinforced foam layer
• Combined vibration and airborne sound damping
• High-quality adhesive for a secure, durable hold
• Highly moldable for curved and complex surfaces
• Price per piece
